The Best Diving Experiences in Pattaya Seafari has being operating in Pattaya since the 70’s, and though many things have certainly changed since those golden days, Pattaya still remains a very good Scuba Diving destination for it own particular reasons, in some cases, our lovely sin city still ranks at the top of the charts.
