Her academic background is Environmental Biology and Geology. Professionally she is a writer and blogger. She is ever passionate about the planet's oceans, its marine life and the role humanity plays in shaping this small blue world. She imagines that scuba diving is the closest thing to a spacewalk that she will experience in this lifetime.

Planet Scuba recently certified my 13 year old son to be an open water diver. Like most parents I was a bit nervous about the idea of him diving. Upon meeting Manuel, Marcos and the team at Planet Scuba I was convinced that they were extremely knowledgeable, all the gear was brand new and they made sure to give me updates on how he was doing throughout the experience. This helped me tremendously. My son on the other hand would come back everyday with a huge smile, super excited, and loving every minute of diving and practice, telling me how he loved the cenote they took him to, how cool it was and everything he had to do.He even studied all the test material with enthusiasm and passed with a high mark! I would recommend the shop to anyone!
