In 2014, at the age of 47 I fulfilled my dream of becoming a divemaster. I had big plans to work as a divemaster, but the lure of different dive destinations has me working an office job as an IT consultant so I can simply pay and travel the world to dive the most exotic places on our planet. Based on the Gold Coast, I've been diving with a lot of the dive companies from Byron Bay to Hervey Bay, as well as couple that do liveaboards on the Great Barrier Reef. I completed several courses while doing a divemaster internship at Ko Lipe Diving in 2014/2015. The shop is well set up, the boats were great and all of the instructors I met while there were professional and experienced. Ko Lipe Diving was operating 2 boats and a long tail, they have classrooms and all of the equipment needed to have a fantastic diving holiday. thanks Eric.

Ko Lipe DivingI was on the Odyssey for a 7 day liveaboard in October 2013. Great trip, awesome boat, fantastic crew, amazing food and unbelievable wreck diving. I completed my nitrox cert while on the Odyssey, and met some great people.
